About the position

The Technical Recruiter at Micron is responsible for sourcing and placing top talent in various roles, particularly within the Sales and General Administration groups. This role involves end-to-end recruiting activities, collaborating with hiring managers, and advising on recruitment strategies to attract world-class candidates. The recruiter will utilize various sourcing techniques and tools to ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

  • Recruit and deliver highly qualified external candidates against open positions.
  • Lead intake meetings with hiring managers to understand job requirements.
  • Textio and post technical job descriptions.
  • Partner with hiring teams and upper management to meet business hiring requirements.
  • Demonstrate sourcing techniques using a variety of tools and networks.
  • Provide excellent communication with external candidates to ensure a positive interview experience.
  • Support recruiting for multiple locations as needed.

Requirements

  • 3-5 years of recruiting and/or Talent Acquisition experience.
  • Bachelor's degree in human resources, business, or a related field.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and ATS systems.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and emotional intelligence.
  • Ability to multi-task and problem-solve effectively.
