About the position

The Technical Recruiter will play a crucial role in the IT Staffing division by leading recruitment efforts to identify and match skilled tech professionals with client needs. This position involves building relationships with candidates and clients, ensuring a steady flow of potential candidates, and managing the recruitment process from sourcing to offer negotiation. The role offers flexibility with a hybrid work model and is based in one of several locations including St. Louis, Dallas, Kansas City, or Nashville.

Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand client needs and candidate requirements.
  • Keep a steady stream of potential candidates flowing.
  • Source, screen, interview, and present qualified candidates for various tech positions.
  • Manage candidate testing, tracking, and reference checks.
  • Guide candidates through salary negotiations and offer processes.
  • Maintain and organize candidate data in our applicant database.

Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a technical recruiter, preferably within the IT Staffing industry.
  • Minimum 2 years' experience sourcing candidates.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Permanent US work authorization required; no visa sponsorship available.
