As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in meeting hiring goals by filling open positions with talented and qualified candidates. In this role, you will be responsible for the full life cycle of the recruiting process. This includes sourcing and screening candidates through interviews and reference checks, coordinating the interview process, preparing candidates for interviews, and facilitating offers and employment negotiations. You will also be expected to follow up with business development leads, ensuring that you are not only filling positions but also contributing to the growth of the company. Responsibilities

  • Meet hiring goals by filling open positions with qualified candidates.
  • Manage the full life cycle of the recruiting process.
  • Source and screen candidates through interviews and reference checks.
  • Coordinate the interview process and prepare candidates for interviews.
  • Facilitate offers and employment negotiations.
  • Follow up with business development leads.
  • Research and source the right talent to fill open agency job orders.
  • Craft insightful messaging for outreach to candidates and clients.
  • Establish peer-to-peer conversations and cold-call potential clients and candidates.
  • Coach candidates and provide mentoring throughout the hiring process.
  • Collaborate with peers and clients to improve tactics and business strategy.
  • Seek out and establish new relationships with potential clients.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • 1 year of full cycle recruiting experience required.
  • 1 year of sales experience required.
  • Prior experience in technical recruiting or corporate recruiting preferred but not required.
  • Strong time management skills and ability to multi-task.
  • Action-oriented work ethic with a sense of urgency.
  • Willingness to learn and follow a proven process.
  • Ability to adapt to a fast-paced environment.
  • Results-oriented attitude with a competitive drive to succeed.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in technical recruiting or corporate recruiting preferred.
  • Strong communication skills.
