About the position

The Technical Recruiter will manage the recruitment process for approximately 10 roles, ensuring effective and timely hiring. This position involves sourcing candidates, conducting initial screenings, collaborating with hiring managers, maintaining a candidate pipeline, and ensuring compliance with company policies and legal requirements.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee the end-to-end recruitment process for around 10 roles, ensuring timely and effective hiring
  • Utilize various sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, and networking, to identify and attract top talent
  • Conduct initial conversations with prospective employees to assess their fit for the roles and the organization
  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and provide regular updates on the recruitment process
  • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current and future openings
  • Ensure all recruitment activities comply with company policies and legal requirements

Requirements

  • Experience in a similar role or significant knowledge, experience, and abilities to successfully perform the responsibilities listed
  • Relevant education and/or training will be considered a plus
