About the position

The Technical Recruiter at Candid Health is responsible for leading the full cycle recruiting process for technical positions. This includes sourcing, screening candidates, conducting interviews, and extending offers while ensuring a positive candidate experience. The role requires close collaboration with Hiring Managers to align recruitment strategies with business objectives and to optimize recruitment processes for efficiency and candidate quality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead full cycle recruiting for technical positions, from sourcing and screening candidates to conducting interviews and extending offers.
  • Partner closely with Hiring Managers to understand their talent needs and develop recruitment strategies that align with business objectives.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to streamline and optimize recruitment processes, driving initiatives to improve efficiency, effectiveness, and candidate quality.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, Hiring Managers, and cross-functional stakeholders.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high volume environment.
  • Demonstrated success in building pipelines and developing top of funnel strategy.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build and maintain strong relationships with candidates, teammates, and stakeholders at all levels.
  • Experience with common recruiting tools and systems such as Ashby.
