Responsibilities

• Assist non-U.S. citizens with the legal process for employment eligibility.
• Utilize best practices for talent acquisition to build a strong talent pipeline.

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources or a business-related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in recruiting within the technology field.
• In-depth knowledge of effective recruiting methods for technical roles.
• Familiarity with various visas, including H1Bs.
• Proven ability to contribute positively in a fast-paced, changing work environment.
