We are looking for a Technical Recruiter to support multiple business practices within the Public Sector space across different geographies. The Technical Recruiter will identify, qualify, submit, and pipeline qualified candidates to fulfill external client opportunities, both technical and non-technical. This position will be full-time and remote. The role requires managing the full life cycle of the recruiting process, which includes initial screening calls, technical screenings, virtual interviews via Microsoft Teams, compensation negotiation, resume formatting, client submission, interview coordination, and offer acceptance. The recruiter will maintain a candidate pipeline based on primary skills, existing clients, and potential new business, ensuring a steady flow of qualified candidates for various roles. In addition to candidate management, the Technical Recruiter will partner with the sales and delivery teams to ensure a thorough understanding of each requirement and effectively pitch candidates. Building and maintaining relationships is crucial, as the recruiter will act as an advisor to the business for client strategy, outcomes, and immediate/long-term demands. The recruiter will identify candidates through various sources, including job boards, social media, referral networks, and passive outreach, while also negotiating compensation packages that align with established budgets. Maintaining accurate records within the internal database and providing transparency in the form of status updates to management is essential. The recruiter will also maintain relationships with candidates throughout the onboarding process and duration of their assignments, ensuring a positive experience for all parties involved. To succeed in this role, the Technical Recruiter must stay informed about current market availability, market rates, and trends, allowing them to effectively source and secure top talent for the organization.
