About the position

The Technical Recruiter role is focused on sourcing, screening, and onboarding candidates for technical positions within a corporate environment. This position requires collaboration with hiring managers to understand recruitment needs and develop effective job postings. The recruiter will also engage in candidate interviews and utilize various job boards and AI tools to enhance recruitment processes.

Responsibilities

  • Utilize job descriptions to develop job postings.
  • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify recruitment needs.
  • Screen applicants and qualify resumes.
  • Participate in interview panels.
  • Perform all functions related to the onboarding process.
  • Consult with the team on position descriptions, requisition creation, compensation, and sourcing strategies.
  • Research and recommend new sources for active and passive candidate recruiting.

Requirements

  • 5 to 7 years of technical recruiting experience in a corporate environment.
  • Strong negotiation skills and incredible work ethic.
  • Experience with BambooHR.
  • Strong consultative, communication, interpersonal, and networking skills.
  • Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and web-based applications.
  • Experience using different job boards.
