About the position

Viant is seeking a versatile and energetic Technical Recruiter to support its Engineering, IT, and Product teams. This role is crucial in aligning recruitment efforts with business strategies to attract and engage top talent. The Technical Recruiter will be responsible for defining recruitment tactics, timelines, and processes to fill positions effectively, ensuring a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process.

Responsibilities

• Create alignment between recruitment efforts and overall business strategy to continuously identify diverse, top talent.
• Execute on recruitment needs by developing relationships with candidates and utilizing various recruiting methods.
• Increase and maintain awareness of creative and innovative sourcing strategies to attract and engage candidates.
• Clearly define position requirements and the selection process, recommending interviewing and hiring techniques.
• Maintain data integrity within all systems/reports and monitor productivity benchmarks such as candidate pipeline and time to fill measures.
• Align talent strategy with HR initiatives as a core member of the HR team.

Requirements

• 4 years of experience in full life cycle recruiting in a technology, professional services, or consulting organization.
• 3 years of in-house technical recruiting experience supporting technology roles.
• Strong knowledge of key recruiting methodologies including sourcing, candidate selection, negotiating, interviewing, and screening.
• Experience with applicant tracking systems, preferably Lever, and LinkedIn Recruiter.
• Technical proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
