In this role, you will be responsible for identifying and executing new business opportunities, creating target hot lists and leads, and consistently connecting with prospects. You will engage in cold calling, emailing, and utilizing social media to network and collaborate with key contacts within various organizations. Meeting and exceeding client needs and requests is crucial, as you will be expected to fulfill performance standards in accordance with established goals and metrics. Your ability to establish, maintain, and retain client loyalty will be essential in earning credibility and business. As a consummate industry expert, you will research market trends and resources to generate key new business contacts and opportunities. You will approach sales activities with enthusiasm, suggesting and recommending strategic solutions while driving and influencing decision-makers. Connecting and communicating effectively with clients to ask for business and deliver results will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also be expected to resonate with and support the values, vision, and mission of Groe Advisors, forging ahead with the best business decisions and practices to achieve monthly individual and team-based targeted goals. This position involves high-volume call responsibilities and participation in sales training, reflecting our commitment to career growth and advancement.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute new business opportunities, create target hot lists & leads, and consistently connect with prospects
  • Cold calls, email, social sites, networking, collaborating and interfacing within many levels of organizations with key contacts
  • Meet, exceed, and fulfill client needs and requests in accordance with performance standards
  • Establish, maintain, and retain client loyalty to earn credibility and business
  • Research market trends and resources to become a consummate industry expert
  • Generate key new business contacts and opportunities, maximizing and capitalizing on leads
  • Approach sales activities with excitement and suggest strategic solutions
  • Drive and influence decision makers effectively
  • Connect & communicate with clients, asking for business and delivering results
  • Support GROE values, vision, & mission in all activities

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or 1 year+ professional experience equivalent
  • Strong communication, decision-making, negotiating, influencing, and closing skills
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, enthusiastic, motivated, self-starter
  • Strong CRM and ATS computer skills, with a willingness to learn new programs and software
  • Reliability, flexibility, and commitment to working smart
