As a Technical Recruiter, you will be responsible for developing and implementing recruitment strategies that attract top talent. You will leverage various sourcing methods, including social media platforms, to identify and engage potential candidates. The successful candidate will have a proven track record of success in recruiting for manufacturing and engineering roles, demonstrating the ability to fill positions quickly and efficiently. You will work closely with hiring managers to understand their needs and ensure that the recruitment process aligns with the company's goals and objectives. In this role, you will also be expected to maintain a strong pipeline of candidates and build relationships with potential hires. Your expertise in utilizing recruitment technologies and tools, particularly PeopleSoft, will be essential in streamlining the recruitment process and enhancing the candidate experience. Responsibilities

Requirements

  • 7-15 years of experience in both corporate and agency recruitment environments.
  • Strong background in social media recruitment methodologies.
  • Proven track record of success in recruiting for manufacturing and engineering roles.
  • Experience with PeopleSoft is highly preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
