As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a crucial role in identifying and executing new business opportunities, creating target hot lists and leads, and consistently connecting with prospects. You will be responsible for cold calling, emailing, and networking to establish and maintain relationships with key contacts within various organizations. Meeting and exceeding client needs and requests is essential, as is fulfilling performance standards in accordance with the goals and objectives set for the role. In this position, you will be expected to research market trends and resources to become a consummate industry expert. You will generate key new business contacts and opportunities, maximizing and capitalizing on them while driving and influencing decision-makers. Communication is key; you will need to connect with clients, ask for business, and deliver on promises. Supporting the values, vision, and mission of Groe Advisors is paramount, as is achieving monthly individual and team-based targeted goals. The role involves high-volume call responsibilities and participation in sales training, with a strong interest in career growth and advancement opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and execute new business opportunities, create target hot lists & leads, and consistently connect with prospects
  • Cold calls, email, social sites, networking, collaborating and interfacing within many levels of organizations with key contacts
  • Meet, exceed, and fulfill client needs and requests-- performance standards in accordance with goals, objectives and metrics for the role
  • Establish, maintain, and retain client loyalty-earn credibility and business
  • Research market trends and resources to become a consummate industry expert
  • Generate key new business contacts and opportunities—maximize, capitalize, and follow through
  • Approach sales activities with excitement—suggest and recommend strategic solutions
  • Drive and influence decision makers
  • Connect & communicate -ask for business, and deliver
  • Resonate and support GROE values, vision, & mission
  • Forge ahead with best business decisions/practices

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree preferred, and/or 1 year+ professional experience equivalent
  • Must be hungry for results, and superior quality service driven
  • Excellent communication, decision-making, negotiating, influencing and closing skills a must
  • Results-oriented, adaptable, enthusiastic, motivated, self-starters
  • Strong CRM and ATS computer skills -- willing to learn new programs and software
  • Reliability, flexibility, and commitment to working smart
