About the position

Palantir Technologies is seeking a Technical Recruiter to join our dynamic team in Washington, DC. As a Technical Recruiter, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our company by identifying and attracting top-tier candidates who align with our mission of building the world's leading software for data-driven decisions and operations. Your responsibilities will encompass the entire recruiting life-cycle, from generating job descriptions to sourcing candidates, designing the interview process, extending offers, and ultimately closing candidates. You will be expected to think creatively and strategically to drive hiring results, ensuring that we bring in the best talent to support our innovative projects. In this role, you will actively engage with potential candidates through various channels, including leveraging referrals, sourcing new leads, utilizing technology, and collaborating with external recruiting partners. You will also plan and attend events to connect with prospective talent. A key aspect of your role will be to provide an exceptional candidate experience, guiding them from the initial call through to the offer stage. You will be responsible for building strong recruiting partnerships and navigating stakeholders through the hiring process, addressing a variety of nuanced situations that may arise. Responsibilities

  • Design and own the entire recruiting life-cycle, including job description generation, sourcing, interview process design, extending offers, and closing candidates.
  • Actively engage talent via leveraging referrals, sourcing new leads, utilizing technology, engaging with external recruiting partners, planning and attending events, and more.
  • Provide an excellent candidate experience from the first call through to offer.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of technical recruiting or sourcing experience.
  • Extraordinary communication and interpersonal skills.
