About the position

As a Technical Recruiter at Zenex Partners, you will play a pivotal role in sourcing and acquiring top talent for our largest semiconductor client based in San Jose, CA. This position is crucial as it requires a deep understanding of the semiconductor industry and proven expertise in technical recruiting. You will be responsible for partnering closely with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies tailored to the unique demands of the semiconductor sector. Your role will involve sourcing, screening, and evaluating candidates through various methods, including networking, job boards, social media, and referrals. In this position, you will conduct thorough technical interviews to assess candidate qualifications, technical skills, and cultural fit within the organization. You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, starting from the initial job requisition through to offer negotiation and onboarding of new hires. Building and maintaining a strong candidate pipeline for current and future hiring needs will be essential to your success. Additionally, you will collaborate with HR and hiring managers to ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the recruitment process. Staying updated on industry trends, competitive intelligence, and market conditions will enable you to advise on recruitment strategies effectively.

Responsibilities

Requirements

  • Minimum of 7 to 8 years of experience as a Technical Recruiter, preferably within the semiconductor industry or related technical fields.
  • Proven track record of successfully recruiting technical roles such as software engineers, hardware engineers, and other semiconductor professionals.
  • Strong understanding of technical skills and qualifications required for semiconductor positions.
  • Excellent sourcing techniques and proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment tools.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
