The full recruiting process will be led by the recruiter, which involves partnering with HR and Hiring Managers to define required qualifications, finalize job descriptions, schedule kickoff meetings, identify and screen talent, and manage candidates through the interview process to offer. The Technical Recruiter will independently manage the recruiting search and selection process for a wide range of roles, including professional, technical, early career, and other niche skill positions, with minimal supervision. They will be responsible for identifying, interviewing, and recommending candidates to the Hiring Manager to fill specific open needs. Additionally, the recruiter will support Carter's diversity initiatives by developing and executing recruiting strategies to create diverse candidate pools for all positions. The role also involves maintaining communication with all related business partners to perform all related Talent Acquisition functions, ensuring staffing effectiveness and efficiency. The Technical Recruiter will efficiently meet and exceed recruiting KPIs/metrics, including time to fill, time to offer, and hiring manager/candidate satisfaction. Compliance with federal, state, and local laws, as well as company policies, is essential, and the recruiter will ensure all TA activities are compliant with established sourcing, recruiting, and selection procedures, including maintaining appropriate recordkeeping. In addition to recruiting, the Technical Recruiter will spend 15% of their time on talent acquisition projects and initiatives, working on the creation and facilitation of new recruitment initiatives and completing special projects as assigned.
