The Technical Recruiter at Design Hire, LLC is responsible for driving the recruitment process in a fast-paced startup environment, focusing on engineering, design, and IT sectors. This role involves identifying and attracting top talent, managing the full recruitment cycle, and developing client relationships to expand the agency's client base. Responsibilities

• Identify and attract top talent using strong sourcing strategies tailored to engineering, design, and IT roles.
• Manage the full recruitment cycle from initial candidate contact to offer negotiation, ensuring a smooth and engaging process.
• Develop and nurture new client leads while maintaining excellent relationships with existing clients to expand our client base.
• Maintain high-quality candidate pools and ensure client satisfaction through effective communication and relationship management.

Requirements

• Minimum of 3 years of experience in technical recruitment within an agency setting.
• Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work in a commission-driven environment, particularly within a startup culture.
• Proficient in the use of CRM and ATS tools, with expertise in creating Boolean search strings.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with a strong emphasis on organizational abilities and self-accountability.
• Proven problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to challenges.
• A strong desire for personal and professional development, open to learning and taking advice.
