About the position

The Technical Recruiter at Vumedi Inc. plays a crucial role in supporting the growth of the company by sourcing and hiring top talent for software engineering, product development, analytics, and design teams. This position emphasizes building strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates, ensuring a great candidate experience while driving strategic recruiting initiatives.

Responsibilities

• Sourcing, interviewing, and managing the pipeline for roles including Software Engineer, Product Manager, UX/UI Designer, and Product Analyst.
• Independently drive continuous improvement and strategic recruiting initiatives by providing hiring managers with necessary metrics.
• Build relationships with hiring managers to discuss new requisitions, hiring strategy, and interview feedback.
• Create strategies to identify, attract, and engage with top talent through various methods including sourcing, referrals, and external agency management.
• Attend debriefs alongside hiring teams to evaluate candidates.

Requirements

• 6+ years of technical recruiting experience in a startup environment.
• 4+ years of experience placing mid-senior level Software Engineers, Product Managers, and Designers.
• Demonstrated expertise in sourcing and identifying industry experts with unique engagement methods.
• Ability to interview Engineers on a technical level to assess their skills.
• Passion and depth to learn the basic technical fundamentals of the positions being hired for.
• Ability to build strong relationships with hiring managers and candidates.
• Experience using Greenhouse, LinkedIn, and G Suite.
• Ability to build reports and dashboards through queries in Excel or Google Sheets.
