Responsibilities

• Run a full service recruitment desk for technology professionals.
• Manage the entire candidate recruitment experience, including scheduling interviews.
• Source and develop a network of candidates using advanced systems and technology.
• Cold call and directly headhunt qualified candidates for targeted searches.
• Communicate professionally with candidates and maintain confidentiality.
• Utilize Arrow's proprietary applicant tracking system.
• Be a strong team player and demonstrate leadership acumen.

Requirements

• 1 - 5 years' technical recruiting experience.
• Ability to communicate and build rapport with highly technical individuals.
• Highly motivated and results-driven professional.
• Strong team player.
