About the position

Radiant is seeking a highly driven, exceptional Technical Recruiter to own full cycle recruitment and scale a world class team in a startup environment. You will be responsible for the end-to-end process of recruitment - intake meetings, sourcing strategy and execution, interviews, negotiating offers, and closing. You will be a trusted strategic partner to hiring managers on closing strategies, talent trends, and best practices. You will also drive Radiant's university recruitment program to attract top students. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-paced environments, are skilled in identifying and closing the top 5% of talent in their respective fields, and take extreme ownership over their work. The ideal candidate also has experience supporting a diverse set of skillsets and roles and are is comfortable recruiting both entry level and senior talent across technical and corporate functions. You will have a big impact on Radiant's mission to build Earth's first mass-produced nuclear reactors for a cleaner future. This role is located onsite in El Segundo, CA.

Responsibilities

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process providing a best-in-class candidate experience.
  • Act as trusted partner for hiring managers on hiring strategies, best interview practices, and closing talent.
  • Develop and uphold consistent, structured hiring processes that assesses and attracts top talent.
  • Own and drive university recruiting and internship programs that make Radiant the employer brand of choice for students.
  • Drive non-traditional recruitment methods, including organizing and executing networking events, identifying industry experts, etc.
  • Identify and address process improvements in recruitment and talent function, leaning on data to inform decisions.
  • Attend recruiting and networking events on behalf of Radiant.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree from accredited university OR 2+ years of professional experience as a technical recruiter.
  • 2+ years of full-cycle technical recruiting experience, preferably in-house.

  • Demonstrated experience building diverse and inclusive teams.
  • Ability to work autonomously and proactively and developing a deep understanding of job functions outside your role.
  • Comfortable with senior leadership and hiring manager communication.
  • Demonstrated expertise in both traditional and non-traditional recruitment methods: cold calling, networking events, targeted sourcing campaigns, etc.
  • Adaptable and flexible to a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
