About the position

The Technical Recruiter at CBTS Technology Solutions LLC is responsible for recruiting both active and passive candidates for technical positions. This role involves reviewing resumes, conducting phone screenings, and facilitating face-to-face meetings with candidates and clients. The recruiter will also check references and establish long-term relationships with consultants, while ensuring compliance with company policies and regulations. A strong understanding of recruiting practices and creative thinking are essential for success in this position.

Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and communicate with management to assess staffing needs
  • Identify, interview, and facilitate the hiring of salaried, full-time, W-2, and Corp to Corp technical staff
  • Create, maintain, and update candidate database records
  • Prep and coordinate consultant-client interviews
  • Coordinate technical tests and verify consultant references
  • Generate client leads and consultant referrals
  • Manage and post all open positions, using Bullhorn
  • Coordinate interviews, prepare resume profiles, and assist with on-boarding activities

Requirements

  • 1 to 2 years of experience in HR and/or Recruiting
  • Outstanding and effective telephone skills
  • Excellent interpersonal and organizational skills
  • Ability to handle diverse situations and multiple projects
  • Strong written, verbal, and listening skills
  • Strong and creative problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Experience in a fast-paced work environment
  • Bachelor's Degree or equivalent

Nice-to-haves

  • Any hands-on technical IT experience
