This person will be responsible for the recruitment of engineering/technical candidates for both internal and offsite job opportunities. The role involves sourcing resumes and potential candidates using a variety of resources (internet, databases, social media, networking, etc.), qualifying, interviewing, and submitting candidates to hiring managers for review. The recruiter will also schedule and prepare candidates for interviews, participate in the offer process, candidate negotiation, and employee onboarding process. Additionally, the recruiter will maintain and update the internal resume database, assist in the management of corporate Internet sites (Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.), work closely with the sales team on client job openings, including customer interaction, create and manage job opening ads online, and develop a network of candidates for future opportunities.
