The successful candidate will be responsible for sourcing, screening, and providing a shortlist of qualified candidates for various technical roles. Your ability to evaluate talent and resourcefulness in recruiting will be crucial to the success of our team. We are looking for a self-motivated, goal-oriented individual who thrives in a supportive team environment. Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, and previous sales experience is a significant advantage. In this role, you will be instrumental in building a robust tech talent pipeline, aiding in the hiring and retention of skilled employees for our clients. You will also focus on reducing our time-to-hire and ensuring that we attract the best IT professionals in the industry. Your responsibilities will include writing and posting technical job descriptions, sourcing potential candidates on niche platforms such as Dice, GitHub, and LinkedIn, and performing pre-screening calls to assess applicants' abilities. You will conduct interviews using various methods, including structured interviews, technical assessments, and behavioral questions. Additionally, you will craft and send personalized recruiting emails to passive candidates, participate in tech conferences and meetups to network with IT professionals, extend job offer letters, onboard new hires, and conduct job and task analyses to document job duties and requirements. Staying updated with new technological trends and products will also be part of your responsibilities.
