About the position

The Technical Revenue Operations Manager at RightCapital is a pivotal role that bridges the gap between business teams and the platform technology team. This position is essential for driving revenue growth and enhancing operational efficiency by optimizing the technology stack and ensuring seamless integration across sales, marketing, and customer experience. The successful candidate will lead the company's revenue operations strategy, improve operational efficiency, and enhance the internal customer experience by managing stakeholder needs and advocating for high-value opportunities.

Responsibilities

  • Work closely with business leaders, Platform/IT, and end-users to gather requirements and communicate project progress.
  • Develop comprehensive documentation for Salesforce processes and configurations.
  • Lead change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of new features or processes within relevant business applications.
  • Identify opportunities for process optimization and automation within relevant business applications, especially Salesforce.
  • Act as the day-to-day Salesloft administrator, including onboarding new users and troubleshooting issues.
  • Maintain the project and ticket intake process, document stakeholder requirements, and deliver solutions in partnership with the Platform Engineering team.
  • Define success criteria for testing and facilitate user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Stay up to date with relevant business application releases and best practices.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Systems or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in revenue operations, sales operations, technical product management, or a related field, preferably in a fintech company.
  • Experience in the Financial Planning Industry is preferred.
  • Experience in Agile Project Management methodology strongly desired.
  • Proficiency in CRM software (e.g., Salesforce), sales automation tools, and data analytics platforms.
  • Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce administrator, Salesforce Project Manager) are highly preferred.
  • Excellent written and oral communication as well as interpersonal skills.
  • Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
  • Exceptional leadership qualities and team management experience.
