About the position

The Technical Sales Account Manager position at Stock MHS is an on-site role focused on managing key customer accounts and building strong relationships with clients. The primary goal is to ensure customer satisfaction and foster a five-star customer experience through effective communication and relationship building. This role involves collaboration with outside sales to maximize the value of the organization's offerings and drive revenue growth.

Responsibilities

  • Build, develop, and maintain the company CRM system to ensure accurate and up-to-date client information and deal information.
  • Manage CRM reporting data to serve as a tool for decision making in both upstream and downstream processes.
  • Act as a liaison between the client and internal teams, effectively communicating and planning with various stakeholders.
  • Serve as the lead for account issue resolution.
  • Work with various departments to plan, coordinate, and execute opportunities including timeline commitments, resource availability, deliverables, and quotes.

Requirements

  • 0-3 years of sales experience, 5+ years preferred.
  • Previous experience/understanding of manufacturing/production/sheet metal industry preferred.
  • High School diploma with industry experience preferred; Associate's degree/Bachelor's degree preferred.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office/TEAMS, ERP systems, CRM highly preferred.
  • Must be an approachable, hands-on servant leader, who behaves with a growth mindset.
