At Texas Instruments (TI), we are committed to shaping the future of electronics, and we invite you to be a part of this journey through our Career Accelerator Program (CAP). This program is designed to provide you with the professional and technical training necessary to accelerate your integration into TI and set you up for long-term career success. From your very first day, you will engage in hands-on, meaningful experiences that will challenge you to solve problems and develop your skills in a supportive environment. As part of the CAP, you will have the opportunity to participate in the FAST (Field Applications & Sales Training) Program, which prepares Sales & Applications team members for customer-oriented careers that blend technical skills with business acumen. This program consists of two tracks: Field Applications and Technical Sales. The Technical Sales track is a 7-month experience that focuses on building and managing customer relationships while influencing decisions to drive revenue growth for TI. The program includes three rotations: 1. **Field Sales Office (FSO)**: A 3-month rotation where you will work closely with a local TI sales team, gaining first-hand experience in the sales process and learning to identify and win customer opportunities. 2. **Product Marketing**: A 2-month rotation that emphasizes the relationship between sales and product lines, helping you understand product life cycles and marketing strategies. 3. **Sales Operations**: A 2-month rotation providing insights into pricing models, customer service, and negotiation strategies. Upon successful completion of the FAST program, you will transition into the role of Technical Sales Representative (TSR) on TI's Worldwide Sales & Applications team. In this role, you will leverage your technical expertise and relationships with engineering teams to identify projects, manage leads, and develop plans for revenue growth.
