Texas Instruments (TI) is looking for candidates to join their Career Accelerator Program (CAP), which is designed to provide professional and technical training to help new employees ramp up quickly and achieve long-term career success. This program includes function-specific technical training and hands-on learning opportunities from day one, allowing participants to engage in meaningful experiences that will enhance their problem-solving skills. Within the CAP, candidates will have the opportunity to participate in the FAST (Field Applications & Sales Training) Program, which prepares Sales & Applications team members for customer-oriented careers that combine technical skills with business acumen. The program consists of two tracks: Field Applications and Technical Sales. The Technical Sales Associates (TSAs) will undergo a 7-month training experience that includes three rotations designed to build and manage customer relationships and influence decisions to drive revenue growth for TI. The first rotation, Field Sales Office (FSO), lasts for 3 months and integrates TSAs with a local TI sales team, providing them with first-hand experience of TI's sales process. The second rotation, Product Marketing, lasts for 2 months and focuses on the relationship between sales and a specific product line, helping TSAs understand product life cycles and marketing strategies. The final rotation, Sales Operations, also lasts for 2 months and offers experience working with pricing and customer service teams, covering pricing models and negotiation strategies. Upon successful completion of the FAST program, participants will transition into the role of Technical Sales Representatives (TSRs) on TI's Worldwide Sales & Applications team, where they will utilize their technical expertise and sales tools to manage customer relationships and drive revenue growth.
