In this role, you will be responsible for making project-related sales decisions while adhering to global process guidelines. You will propose regional targets based on global initiatives and budget outlines, ensuring that customer satisfaction is prioritized through responsive and high-quality proposals. A holistic understanding of the customer’s business is essential, as is the ability to excel in customer relationship management. You will also be tasked with collecting and disseminating market information and competitor intelligence, which is crucial for strategic planning and the launch of new products and business models. Your contributions will extend to marketing and customer-facing events, where you will execute timely updates in the Customer Relationship Management (CRM) system, manage work priorities, and adapt to changing customer and business needs.
