The Technical Sales Engineer at Induction Technology Corporation (ITC) is responsible for driving sales and growth of advanced induction heating solutions across various industries. Responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers to understand their needs and requirements.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and building partnerships.
  • Effectively communicate and demonstrate the technical capabilities and benefits of ITC's products and services to customers.
  • Collaborate with the engineering team to provide customized solutions and recommendations to customers based on their specific needs.
  • Prepare and present technical proposals and sales reports to management and customers.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitors' products, and market developments to inform sales strategies.
  • Attend trade shows, conferences, and other industry events to promote ITC's products and services.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Marketing, or a related field.
  • 10 years of technical sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
  • Strong technical background and understanding of induction heating or related technology.
  • Excellent presentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts in a clear and concise manner.
  • Proven track record in achieving sales targets and building long-term customer relationships.
  • Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willingness to travel for meetings, trade shows, and customer visits as needed.
