About the position

Danieli Group, a worldwide leader company which has produced and exported top level technology and innovation worldwide in the metal industry for more than 100 years is looking for a Technical Sales Manager with Rolling Guides experience to join our growing team! This is a remote position in the Northeastern, Southeastern, Mid-Atlantic, Mid-West and Upper Mid-West regions of the United States. Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth and account penetration within all US territory by effectively selling the company's products MH Roller Guides and related services. Personally contacts and secures new business customers and maintains existing relationships within this sector of the Danieli business.

Responsibilities

  • Promotes/sells orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
  • Market share yearly update in order to establish our position and increase the product leadership in the market.
  • Present, promote and sell products/services using solid arguments to existing and prospective customers.
  • Perform cost-benefit and needs analysis of existing/potential customers to meet their needs.
  • Establish, develop and maintain positive business and customer relationships.
  • Reach out to customer leads through cold calling.
  • Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints to maximize satisfaction.
  • Achieve agreed upon sales targets and outcomes within schedule.
  • Coordinate sales effort with team members and other departments.
  • Analyze the territory/market's potential, track sales and status reports.
  • Supply management with reports on customer needs, problems, interests, competitive activities, and potential for new products and services.
  • Keep abreast of best practices and promotional trends.
  • Continuously improve through feedback.

Requirements

  • 1-5 years in sales within a roller guides or steel industry setting (internship experience considered).
  • Proven work experience as a Sales Representative.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Excellent selling, negotiation and communication skills.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering or a related field.
