About the position

Responsibilities

  • Develop, implement, and manage strategic sales plans focused on acquiring new clients and achieving revenue growth.
  • Generate and qualify leads through direct outreach, networking, and leveraging existing relationships.
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with new clients, understanding their unique challenges.
  • Lead, coach, and mentor a small team of sales representatives, fostering a culture of high performance.
  • Collaborate with technical and professional services teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Conduct thorough market research to stay informed of industry trends and competitor activities.
  • Prepare and present detailed sales forecasts, reports, and analyses to senior management.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in B2B sales, with at least 2 years in a sales management role within the IT services industry.
  • Strong understanding of cloud solutions, cybersecurity, networking, professional services, and procurement.
  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets, both individually and for a team.
  • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Proficiency with CRM software and sales management tools.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
