About the position

The TITAN Project Manager role is a dynamic position that encompasses two primary goals aimed at driving customer satisfaction and operational efficiency. The first goal involves direct engagement with both new and existing customers to sell process equipment tailored to their specific facility needs. This requires the Project Manager to not only sell but also to design or assist in the design of the equipment, estimate production costs, and actively pursue sales opportunities. The ability to understand customer requirements and translate them into effective solutions is crucial in this phase. Successful Project Managers will demonstrate an entrepreneurial spirit, showcasing strong problem-solving skills and a knack for negotiation. Once a sale is secured, the Project Manager transitions to the second goal, which focuses on managing the production of the sold equipment. This involves close collaboration with the engineering department to produce the necessary engineering documentation, purchasing materials, and coordinating with production teams to ensure the equipment is built to specifications. The Project Manager will also liaise with shipping departments to facilitate the timely delivery of the finished equipment to the end user. This dual focus on sales and production management requires a unique blend of technical knowledge, project management skills, and the ability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining critical milestone schedules.
