About the position

The Technical Sales Recruiter at Entegee, Inc. is responsible for evaluating and attracting qualified candidates for technical sales positions. This role involves collaborating with hiring managers to understand job requirements, conducting interviews, and ensuring a thorough recruitment process. The recruiter will also build a strong candidate pool and maintain effective communication with account managers to meet client needs.

Responsibilities

  • Evaluate applicants by discussing job requirements and qualifications with managers and conducting interviews.
  • Determine applicant requirements by studying job descriptions and qualifications.
  • Attract applicants by placing job advertisements and contacting candidates through various job sites.
  • Conduct heavy phone work to screen candidates for positions nationwide.
  • Seek, interview, assess, reference check, and place contract employees that meet client requirements.
  • Build a sales prospect pool through applicant research, internet research, and networking.
  • Communicate with account managers regarding specific job orders and candidate submissions.
  • Develop strong relationships with hiring managers, business leaders, and HR.
  • Work closely with hiring managers and account managers to maximize the effectiveness of the recruiting process.
  • Play an active role in developing goals for new recruiters through leadership and guidance.
  • Ensure all hiring paperwork is completed thoroughly and all required screening protocols are followed.
