Responsibilities

  • Present and explain technical products to clients and stakeholders.
  • Identify potential clients and build strong relationships with them.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to understand customer requirements and provide sales support.
  • Generate high-quality sales leads.
  • Prepare and deliver technical presentations, showcasing how our products meet client needs.
  • Confer with customers and engineers to assess equipment needs and system requirements.
  • Assist clients with troubleshooting technical issues.
  • Offer technical support promptly when needed.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports to management.

Requirements

  • Relevant technical background or degree preferred.
  • Strong understanding of technical products, including specifications and problem-solving capabilities.
