The Technical Sales Representative is responsible for driving sales and providing exceptional customer service in the truck van body construction industry. This role requires strong communication skills and the ability to follow up effectively with customers to meet their needs and demands. The representative will work closely with clients to understand their requirements and deliver tailored solutions, contributing to the overall success of the company.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and meet customer demand through effective communication and follow-up.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with clients to understand their needs and deliver tailored solutions.
• Utilize computer skills to manage sales data and customer information effectively.
• Participate in job and leadership development training to enhance skills and knowledge.

Requirements

• Sales and customer service experience is a plus.
• Ability to work overtime regularly to meet customer demand.
• Excellent phone and communication skills.
• Strong follow-up and follow-through skills.
• Four-year degree preferred.
• Knowledge of truck van body construction is a plus.
• Excellent computer skills, especially in Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Experience with AS400 or JD Edwards is a plus.
