About the position

The Associate Account Manager position is part of Trane Technologies' Graduate Training Program, designed to develop future leaders in the commercial HVAC industry. This role involves intensive training in technical sales, business, and leadership, culminating in a position where the individual will sell HVAC solutions and build relationships with commercial customers to promote sustainability and efficiency in building environments.

Responsibilities

• Sell efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for customer buildings.

Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or Engineering.
• Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months and provide proof of insurance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
• Knowledge of HVAC systems and building automation controls.
