About the position

The Associate Account Manager position at Trane Technologies is part of a comprehensive Graduate Training Program designed to develop future leaders in technical sales. This role focuses on selling climate solutions products and building relationships with commercial customers to address their challenges. The position emphasizes sustainability and aims to create efficient environments through innovative HVAC solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Sell efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for customer buildings.

Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in Information Technology, Information Systems, Engineering Technology, or Engineering.
  • Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months and provide proof of insurance.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Knowledge of HVAC systems and building management controls.
