About the position

The Associate Account Manager position is part of Trane Technologies' Graduate Training Program, designed for recent graduates to develop into future leaders in technical sales. This role focuses on selling HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers, while also providing technical expertise and maintaining customer relationships. The position includes a comprehensive 5-month training program that prepares candidates for a successful career in sales within the HVAC industry.

Responsibilities

• Sell efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for customer buildings.

Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering (open to all engineering areas of emphasis).
• Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months and provide proof of insurance.

Nice-to-haves
