About the position

Our Graduate Training Program is designed to develop future leaders in the field of technical sales, specifically within the HVAC industry. This comprehensive 5-month program provides recent graduates with intensive training in technical skills, business acumen, sales engineering, and leadership. Participants will begin their journey at a designated office location before the training commences in January or July. The ideal candidates for this program are those who are eager to become technical experts for our commercial customers, build and maintain strong relationships, and sell our climate solutions products to contribute to a more sustainable world. As part of the Commercial HVAC sales team, you will have the opportunity to make a significant impact on building efficiency and sustainability through our Equipment, Service, or Controls/Building Automation offerings. Our mission is to prioritize the planet in everything we do, and we are looking for individuals who share this vision and are ready to take on the challenges of the industry. After successfully completing the training program, you will transition into the role of Associate Account Manager, where you will specialize in Systems, Services, or Controls, working from a predetermined office location. In this role, you will be responsible for selling a comprehensive line of HVAC equipment and building management controls to a diverse range of commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design, apply, and sell systems, controls, parts, and services tailored to our customers' needs.

Responsibilities

  • Sell the complete line of efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
  • Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for customer buildings.

Requirements

  • Possess a bachelor's degree in Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or Engineering (preferred).
  • Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
  • Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months and provide proof of insurance with no major or frequent traffic violations.

Nice-to-haves

  • Experience in sales or customer service roles.
  • Familiarity with HVAC systems and building management controls.
