This comprehensive 5-month program provides participants with intensive training in technical knowledge, business acumen, sales engineering, and leadership skills. Participants will begin their journey at a designated office location before the training commences in January or July. As part of the program, you will become a technical expert for our valued commercial customers, helping them solve their challenges and sell Trane Technologies' climate solutions products. This role is pivotal in achieving a more sustainable world, as you will be working closely with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners to design and implement efficient heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems. After successfully completing the training, you will transition into the role of Associate Account Manager, specializing in Systems, Services, or Controls, where you will continue to build relationships and drive sales in a predetermined office location.
