About the position

The Associate Account Manager position is part of Trane Technologies' Graduate Training Program, designed to develop future leaders in the HVAC industry. This role involves intensive training in technical sales, business, and leadership, culminating in a position where the individual will sell HVAC equipment and solutions to commercial customers. The program emphasizes sustainability and aims to equip participants with the skills needed to address customer challenges effectively.

Responsibilities

• Sell efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for customer buildings.

Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree in engineering (open to all engineering areas of emphasis).
• Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months and provide proof of insurance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
