At Trane Technologies, we are committed to creating innovative climate solutions that challenge the status quo for a sustainable world. Our Graduate Training Program (GTP) is designed for recent graduates who are eager to embark on a career in Technical Sales. This 5-month program is recognized as the industry's most comprehensive training initiative, providing participants with intensive training in technical skills, business acumen, sales engineering, and leadership. The program begins with onboarding at a predetermined office location, followed by training sessions that start in either January or July. As a participant in the GTP, you will become a technical expert for our valued commercial customers, helping them solve their challenges while selling Trane Technologies' climate solutions products. This role is pivotal in achieving a more sustainable world, as you will be part of a team that focuses on building efficiency and sustainability through our Equipment, Service, or Controls/Building Automation offerings. Upon successful completion of the GTP, you will transition into the role of Associate Account Manager, specializing in Systems, Services, or Controls. In this capacity, you will sell a comprehensive line of efficient HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design, apply, and sell systems, controls, parts, and services tailored to our customers' needs. Trane Technologies is not just about business; we are about making a difference. Our commitment to sustainability is at the core of our operations, and we invite you to join us in boldly challenging what's possible for a sustainable world. In addition to a fulfilling career, we offer a range of benefits that kick in on DAY ONE, including health insurance, wellness programs, family building benefits, and a robust 401K match. We also provide educational and training opportunities, including tuition assistance and student debt support. Our work environment is hybrid, requiring onsite work three days a week, and we support relocation for the training program in La Crosse, WI, with minimal travel expectations thereafter.
