About the position

The Graduate Training Program (GTP) at Trane Technologies is designed for recent graduates to develop into future leaders in technical sales. This 5-month program provides intensive training in technical, business, sales engineering, and leadership skills, preparing participants for roles as Associate Account Managers specializing in HVAC systems, services, or controls. The program emphasizes sustainability and aims to equip graduates to effectively sell climate solutions to commercial customers, fostering relationships and addressing their challenges.

Responsibilities

• Sell efficient heating, ventilating, and air conditioning (HVAC) equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers.
• Work collaboratively with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers in the design, application, and sale of systems, controls, parts, and services for customer buildings.

Requirements

• Possess a bachelor's degree, preferably in Business, Management, Sales, Entrepreneurship, Marketing, or Engineering.
• Be a U.S. citizen or have the legal right to work in the U.S. without requiring sponsorship now or in the future.
• Possess a valid driver's license for a minimum of 12 months and provide proof of insurance.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in sales or customer service roles.
