This 5-month program is recognized as the industry's most comprehensive training initiative, providing participants with intensive training in technical skills, business acumen, sales engineering, and leadership. As a participant, you will begin your journey with onboarding at a predetermined office location before the training program commences in January or July. The ideal candidates for this program are those who are eager to become technical experts for our valued commercial customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with these customers, addressing their challenges, and selling Trane Technologies' climate solutions products. This role is not just about sales; it’s about contributing to a more sustainable world by providing solutions that enhance building efficiency and comfort. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Training Program, you will transition into the role of Associate Account Manager, specializing in Systems, Services, or Controls. In this capacity, you will sell a comprehensive line of HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional clients. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design, apply, and sell systems, controls, parts, and services tailored to our customers' needs.
