Our Technical Sales Training Program is designed to develop future leaders in the HVAC industry. This 5-month program is recognized as the most comprehensive training initiative in the industry, providing participants with intensive training in technical skills, business acumen, sales engineering, and leadership. As a participant, you will begin your journey with onboarding at a designated office location before the training commences in January 2026. The ideal candidates for this program are those who are eager to become technical experts for our valued commercial customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with these customers, addressing their challenges, and selling Trane Technologies' climate solutions products. This role is pivotal in achieving a more sustainable world, as you will be part of a team that focuses on building efficiency and sustainability through our Equipment, Service, or Controls/Building Automation offerings. Upon successful completion of the Graduate Training Program, you will transition into the role of Associate Account Manager, specializing in Systems, Services, or Controls. In this capacity, you will sell a comprehensive line of efficient HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design, apply, and sell systems, controls, parts, and services tailored to our customers' needs.
