Our Graduate Training Program (GTP) is designed to develop future leaders in the field of technical sales. This 5-month program is recognized as the industry's most comprehensive training initiative, providing participants with intensive training in technical skills, business acumen, sales engineering, and leadership. As a participant, you will begin your journey with onboarding at a designated office location before the training commences in either January or July. The ideal candidates for this program are those who are eager to become technical experts for our valued commercial customers. You will be responsible for building and maintaining relationships with these customers, addressing their challenges, and selling Trane Technologies' climate solutions products. This role is pivotal in achieving a more sustainable world, as you will be part of a team that focuses on building efficiency and sustainability through our Equipment, Service, or Controls/Building Automation offerings. Upon successful completion of the GTP, you will transition into the role of Associate Account Manager, specializing in Systems, Services, or Controls. In this capacity, you will sell a comprehensive line of efficient HVAC equipment and building management controls to commercial, industrial, and institutional customers. You will collaborate with engineers, architects, contractors, and owners/developers to design, apply, and sell systems, controls, parts, and services tailored to our customers' needs. This position is hybrid, requiring onsite work three days a week, and offers a competitive compensation package, including base pay, lodging, stipends, and relocation support during training. After the program, compensation expectations are partially commission-based, providing an uncapped earning potential for Associate Account Managers.
