About the position

The Technical Scrum Master will be responsible for facilitating Agile practices within the team, ensuring that Scrum methodologies are effectively implemented to enhance team performance and project delivery. This role requires a strong understanding of technical processes and the ability to guide teams through the Agile framework, fostering collaboration and continuous improvement.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives.
• Ensure the team adheres to Agile principles and practices.
• Remove impediments that hinder the team's progress.
• Collaborate with product owners to prioritize the backlog effectively.
• Coach team members on Agile methodologies and practices.

Requirements

• Proven experience as a Scrum Master in a technical environment.
• Strong understanding of Agile methodologies, particularly Scrum.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to facilitate discussions and resolve conflicts.
• Experience with project management tools and software.

Nice-to-haves

• Certification as a Scrum Master (CSM or equivalent).
