About the position
The Technical Scrum Master will lead IT projects by facilitating Agile practices and ensuring effective collaboration among team members, product owners, and stakeholders. This role requires a strong understanding of Agile principles and the Scrum framework, along with the ability to resolve conflicts and align project goals.
Responsibilities
- Proven experience as a Scrum Master in IT projects.
- Work closely with product owners, stakeholders, and other teams to align on goals and priorities.
- Facilitate collaboration and conflict resolution among team members.
- Apply Agile principles and the Scrum framework effectively.
- Build strong relationships with team members and foster open communication.
Requirements
- 10+ years of experience in IT projects as a Scrum Master.
- Strong understanding and practical application of Agile principles and Scrum framework.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Knowledge of best practices for product development and delivery processes.
- Strong technical skills, preferably in .NET.
Nice-to-haves
- Professional certification (CSM, PSM, etc.) or equivalent is a plus.
