About the position

The Technical Senior Product Manager for the Supply Platform at Nexxen is responsible for managing products focused on data science and machine learning implementation within the Supply Side Platform (SSP). This role involves identifying impactful problems and opportunities for applying ML technologies to enhance revenue and system efficiencies. The position requires collaboration with various teams and stakeholders to ensure high-quality product delivery while championing the voice of the customer.

Responsibilities

• Understand the needs of the business and customers to clarify requirements for building a resilient product.
• Influence stakeholders and engineers by providing relevant data points to drive clarity and alignment.
• Create and drive alignment to execute faster, communicate often, and highlight risks early.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive the vision, roadmap, and delivery of the product.
• Identify long-term investment opportunities and engage partners to garner support for feature areas.
• Define priorities of outcomes, clarify team needs, and work with engineering to set deadlines and success metrics.
• Collect performance metrics and form hypotheses for complex technical needs to improve product development.
• Communicate the rationale and objectives of complex projects to a diverse audience.

Requirements

• 5+ years of hands-on software product management experience with ML/Data Science products.
• Experience in Ad Tech, specifically on a Supply Side Platform.
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or a technical discipline; MBA is strongly desired.
• Detail-oriented, organized, and possess a bias toward excellence.
• Ability to influence and drive alignment with key stakeholders at all levels.
• Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills.
• Leadership skills to influence and inspire across multiple teams without formal authority.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both verbal and written.
• Proven track record of managing multiple projects with successful, on-time delivery.
