About the position

As a Technical Senior Program Manager for Data Center & Networking at Oracle, you will play a pivotal role in delivering network and data center capacity builds that support the growth of Oracle Cloud infrastructure. This high-impact position requires you to lead, oversee, and ensure the successful delivery and management of critical initiatives outlined in our strategic roadmap. You will be entrusted with a high degree of personal accountability and autonomy, necessitating effective engagement across Engineering and Operations teams. The successful candidate will demonstrate the ability to manage the delivery of network and data center capacity across multiple concurrent builds, ensuring that all projects align with customer and business objectives. In your day-to-day responsibilities, you will act as the end-to-end leader of the program, shaping the approach to achieve desired outcomes through effective delivery. You will influence, activate, and orchestrate collaboration across various teams to build alignment and drive results. Your expertise in program and project management will be crucial as you navigate complex initiatives, understanding the interdependencies between processes, technology, and people needs. You will identify and schedule project deliverables and milestones, ensuring that project goals are met while continuously seeking opportunities for improvement and simplification in processes to enhance efficiency and effectiveness. Additionally, you will track and manage priorities and committed actions to drive progress, providing actionable insights to stakeholders. This role may require travel up to 25% to support data center builds, making it essential for you to be adaptable and ready to engage with teams across different locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the end-to-end program management for network and data center capacity builds.

Requirements

• 5+ years of technical infrastructure management experience.
• Experience with data center construction, infrastructure builds, and network augmentations.
• Knowledge of best practices and emerging technologies related to infrastructure.
• Program/project management certifications or qualifications with proven ability to deliver complex programs.
• Proven ability to create effective relationships and collaborate at all organizational levels.
• Excellent communication skills, including the ability to articulate complex information simply.
