About the position

As a Technical Support Advisor at VXI Global Solutions, you will provide exceptional customer service and technical support to clients using smartphones, tablets, and computers. This remote position requires you to troubleshoot technical issues, guide customers through solutions, and maintain detailed records of interactions. You will work in a structured environment, adhering to a full-time schedule that includes weekends and holidays, while also participating in comprehensive training to enhance your skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional customer service by actively listening to customers' concerns and providing technical solutions.
• Diagnose and resolve hardware and software problems on smartphones.
• Guide customers through step-by-step troubleshooting processes to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Accurately record customer interactions and technical details in the CRM system.
• Identify and escalate critical issues or recurring problems to appropriate internal teams.
• Provide customers with tips and best practices for using smartphone features and applications effectively.

Requirements

• High school diploma or equivalent education.
• Previous experience in a customer support or technical support role, preferably in a call center environment.
• Solid technical knowledge of smartphones and associated applications.
• Excellent verbal communication and active listening skills.
• Strong problem-solving abilities and the capacity to think on your feet.
• Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.

Nice-to-haves

• Experience in a call center environment is desirable.
• Familiarity with various smartphone applications and features.
